La Quinceanera is brought to

We are pleased to offer you wonderful prices for our beautiful
designer quinceanera gowns. We will also be happy
to provide dress advice from our 40 years of experience.
Please follow the guidelines below to ensure
smooth order and delivery of your quinceanera dresses
and damas dresses:
1. Obtain a Price Quote
a. If you haven't already done so, please obtain
a free price quote from us. You need to know the designer and
style number to get a price quote.
b. You may get a price quote by filling out our online form
or by calling one of our bridal consultants at 1.408.732.3382 (Mon-Fri, 9am - 5pm PST).
2. Determine the Right Size
a. Please refer to the size charts on our site
to order the right sizes. Note that some designers may charge
extra for larger sizes (e.g. 18 or larger), or for extra length.
These additional charges are typically very small. We will notify
you if there are any additional charges.
b. Please be certain to order the right size. You may want to
read our information on "Choosing a Size".
3. When to Order
a. Orders should be placed at least 12 weeks
from the quinceanera date. We recommend placing
an order as soon as possible to allow enough time for shipping
and any alterations, if necessary.
4. Damas Dresses
a. We strongly recommend placing the order
for all the damas dresses at the same time.
This ensures that all the dresses are cut from the same batch
of fabric. Making all the dresses from the same batch of fabric
is important because the color and weave of the fabric can vary
slightly across batches.
5. Placing the Order
a. You may place the order online by using
our secure online order form.
b. If you prefer, you may call one of our bridal consultants
at 1.408.732.3382 (Mon-Fri, 9am - 5pm PST). Please have
your designer style number and sizes ready.
c. Finally, you may also fax your order. Please fill out our
fax order form online, print the form and fax it to us at: 1.310.349.3388.
d. Regardless of which method you chose, one of our bridal consultants
will put together an order confirmation for your approval before
placing the order.
e. Once the order is confirmed and placed, all sales and orders
are FINAL. We place your order with the designer immediately
to ensure timely delivery of your quinceanera gowns and dama
dresses. However, the designers do not accept any changes once
the order is placed. Hence, we will not be able to accommodate
any changes after we place the order. Please be certain of your
style selection and the sizes before you place an order.
6. Payment Procedure
a. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Money Orders.
The payment of your order is due in full at the point of purchase.
b. For Money Orders, please make the Money Order to La
Quinceanera.

7. No Refunds
We cannot refund any portion of your payment
or accommodate any exchanges. Once your order has been submitted,
our vendors are unable to make any changes or modifications relative
to style, size, color, or specific length.
8. Arrival of Order
a. When your order arrives at our store, we
will verify that the quinceanera gown and damas
dresses match the order you placed. At this point,
we will email you to notify you of the upcoming delivery.
b. Upon arrival of your order, please inspect your quinceanera
gown and damas dresses immediately.
The designers require that we notify them of any issues 3 days
after our customers receive the dresses. If you have any questions
regarding your quinceneara dresses and damas
dresses, you must contact our customer service department
within 3 days.
9. Customer Service
a. Our customer service is happy to assist
you. Our customer service hours are Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm (PST).
